The Best Time To Try On Shoes
Have you ever bought a pair of shoes after that fit when you tried them on at the store, but the next day they were too big? When you try on your shoes is just as important as the shoes you buy.

The shoes most likely fit in the store because it was the end of a busy day or you had been standing or walking for awhile and your feet were actually bigger. The next morning your feet are smaller because they have had plenty of time to rest. Standing, walking, or running for a period of time causes your feet to swell. They can swell a 1/2 size to a full size different. The worst time to try on a pair of shoes is after being on your feet for awhile. Even wandering around the mall for a few hours will make your feet swell just enough to trick you into thinking you need a size 7 1/2 instead of your normal 7.

To avoid buying the wrong size shoe due to tricky swelling feet, sit down for a bit and let your feet have a few seconds to rest before slipping on a cute pair of pumps. Don't try on shoes right after running lots of errands, walking around the mall for over an hour, or a long day at work. Take your time, don't rush, and enjoy trying on new shoes.
